Return PolicyAll return shipments must be authorized in advance. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns, misdirected shipments, items returned without original packaging, and returns beyond our 14 day notification window. Please contact heirloomgift@charter.net to obtain return authorization and instructions.
For Closeout Items:
No returns will be accepted on items from our Closeout section.
For Floral Items:
Due to the custom nature of our floral products, we are unable to accept returns on dried or preserved floral wreaths, wall hangings, or tabletop items (effective April 1st, 2006). Please contact us in the unlikely event that your arrangement arrives in less-than-perfect condition, and we will gladly replace the item at no additional charge to you. If no replacement is wanted, no returns will be accepted or refunds granted.
For Unwanted Items:
If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Heirloom Gift Bazaar within 14 days of receipt to let us know that you will be returning it.
Once issued a RMA, we require you to ship your return within 14 days. Please ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse using UPS Ground Delivery (at your expense). Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item (less original shipping charges).
We cannot be responsible for items that have been washed or dry cleaned, nor do we accept returns for items that have been washed or dry cleaned.
We will not accept returned merchandise without its original packaging, or merchandise that appears in any condition deemed less than new.
Please Note: Certain larger and custom items have a re-stocking fee associated with them. These special items have this re-stocking fee spelled out in the product descriptions for such items.
For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:
If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Heirloom Gift Bazaar within 14 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Once issued a RMA, ship the item back to us within 14 days. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
Please Note: We will only be able to reimburse shipping costs in the event that the customer requests an exact replacement of their damaged piece. If the customer decides that they do not want a replacement, the return will be treated as outlined in the "For Unwanted Items" section above.
Cancellation PolicyWe ask that you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to request cancellation. Orders already handed to our shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, 3rd party freight carriers) may not be cancelled.
