Processing time + shipping time = total time to your door

Please Note:
Our online ordering system only accepts orders shipping to the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, all US territories (American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Marian Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) and all Armed Forces postal designations (APO,FPO).
Please note that we are not liable for and duty or tax that is due on goods at the time of delivery (these become the sole responsibility of the customer).

If you reside in another country and would like to place an order, please email us at heirloomgift@charter.net to see if we can accommodate a shipment to your country.

Due to immigration controls, we are unable to ship dried or fresh floral products to addresses outside of the 50 United States (including APO/FPO addresses).

Standard Ground Shipping Orders:

-Please allow 1 to 7 business days of delivery time (in addition to item availability/processing time) from the date that your order is shipped for orders shipped via standard ground service using carrier of our choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight common carrier).
-Orders deemed undeliverable by shipping carrier due to incorrect addresses will receive credit in full minus original and return shipping charges (once returned to our warehouse).

Rush Orders:

-Please allow 1 to 3 business days of delivery time (in addition to item processing/availability time) from the date that your order is shipped for orders shipped via rush shipping using carrier of our choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight common carrier).
-Please note that in order to save on shipping charges, we reserve the right to downgrade rush shipping to standard ground shipping if you live within 3 transit days or less from our shipping warehouse. We will automatically downgrade your shipping charges as well.
-Certain items (or combinations of items) are deemed oversize according to the standards of our shipping carriers, and are therefore ineligible for rush shipping. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you as soon as your order is received with an alternate shipping method.
-Orders deemed undeliverable by shipping carrier due to incorrect addresses will receive credit in full minus original and return shipping charges (once returned to our warehouse).

Tracking

Within 24 hours of shipment, you will receive our automated shipping confirmation email including a delivery confirmation or tracking number for the carrier we have chosen to ship your order. Please allow our email address, admin@heirloomgift.com, into your safe senders list to ensure that you receive our order updates. Please note that carriers may not deliver on weekends.

We may be able to accommodate your next day or second day needs. Please contact us at heirloomgift@charter.net to see if we can accommodate your requests. For second or next day service, we ask that you pay actual shipping costs and will provide you with a shipping quote within hours of receipt of your request. Please note that processing/availability times are fixed and are in addition to type of shipping method selected.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to request cancellation. Orders already handed to our shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, 3rd party freight carriers) may not be cancelled.
